Do You Have What It Takes?

To become a member of the Marrero-Harvey Vol. Fire Co #1 you must be at least 18 years of age and a person of good moral character. All new Applicants must first file an application and police background check. All applicants will serve a 90-day probationary period before becoming an elected member. During this probationary period applicant must attend: in-house training, the next available rookie school, membership meetings, and respond to rolls. The regular membership meetings are held on the first Monday of the month at the fire station on Mac Arthur Ave (Station 81).
